FANTASTIC movie! Must see this film, especially if you have any Czech or European blood,(specifically German), running thru your veins!!!! This is one of the best artful depictions of history I have experienced in showing what transpired regarding the occupation of Czechoslovakia during World War II. You do not want to miss this movie! I loved so much I ordered it. Not out on Amazon yet, (there is a book available though), but must see in movie form to capture the art of presentation regarding period. It is now at the Landmark Theaters. Czech film with subtitles, but need to hear this guttural Czech language in all of its charm, as well as German clashes. Bravo to this one! Modern day Shakespeare tragedy/comedy style, including life's differing complexities viewed, and finally resolved in the human psyche at closing scene.
